- Required Information: Clients must provide FTP Access, WordPress Access, or Hosting Panel credentials for issue resolution.
- Priority Handling: Requests are executed in the order received. Priority is given to urgent issues such as malware removal or website downtime.
- Quality Submissions: Only complete and detailed requests are accepted. Additional clarification may be requested for vague submissions.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer or PayPal (+4% fee).
- No charges apply if the issue cannot be resolved.
- The quoted price is final unless unforeseen issues arise, in which case clients will be informed beforehand.
4. Services for Agencies
We welcome agency clients and tailor our services to their needs.
5. Liability
- AssistanceWP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of their data.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
